Promotional Gifts for World Book and Copyright Day

Last year, a symposium was held in celebration of the World Book and Copyright Day. As our contribution to the event, we invited a well-respected author to speak on why he preferred writing books than short stories or in a newspaper. Invited to attend the event were journalism students and practicing authors. During the symposium, the speaker was able to discuss about his promotional books.

At the end of the symposium, the participants received personalized company gifts. It was a complimentary copy of the book written by the author speaker. Along with the manuscript, the participants also received promotional bookmarkers.

The event also featured an exhibit on different books written by both amateur as well as professional authors. One of the books that interested me centered around how to make customized gifts for festivals in bulk. It got my attention because my mother was in the business of creating promotional items and I just thought she might be interested to try it out.

There was still so much to explore during the event so I decided to have some snacks first before I continue exploring the venue. The food was great and the drinks were placed in customized plastic cups.

It was almost dark so I decided to cal it a day. But before that, I made one final purchase of a book on merchandising.

Office Party Promotional Gifts Prizes

Parties are the much awaited events for an office worker like me. Any party will do, so long as I get to drink some booze and go home happy. As the saying goes, a bad drink is better than a good day in the office. Good thing the boss threw a birthday party in a local bar last night. Not only that. He also gave away promotional gifts as prizes in the activities.

There were a lot to throw around last night. One of the favorites was the apparel promotional gifts he gave to those who sang using the karaoke. Albeit humiliating, the workers who were forced, I mean, who were emphatically sang really appreciated the gifts the boss gave them.

For some unknown reason, the boss took fancy with our team. He said that our performance was somewhat exemplary as compared to the previous years, and the promotional gifts were only small tokens of his appreciation. What performance? The only thing constant in our office is the decline in product sales! He’s really gone cuckoo.

Anyway, I was the lucky one who got the prized giveaway of them all: the auto accessories promotional gifts. Lucky, since the accessories were really perfect for my car. It’s like the gifts and my automotive were meant for each other. The award was really one for the books.

We gave the boss health gifts for his birthday, like medicines, stress balls, the works. There was a united effort to make his health better because we learned that he has been acting weird the past few weeks. Is this maybe because of his age? I really don’t know.

Bottom line is, the party was awesome, and I really got drunk last night. Good times…
